20 The Countdown Magazine is provided on a barter basis. You are required to run all spots contained within the program. We try to clearly label what we believe to be non comm-friendly spots for non-commercial stations. All commercial stations, international stations and online-only stations must air 100% of all inventory contained within the show. All non-comm stations should air all spots within marked non-comm segments. All spots are required to be aired each time the show is aired, regardless of repeats. Your affiliation with the show does not include archival, on-demand or streaming rights, outside of a live simulcast stream at the original time of airing. Failure to air all spots contained within respective shows could result in removal of broadcast rights as well as being billed an alternate broadcast rights fee of $500 per airing. Ascap, BMI, Sound Exchange and any other licensing fees are the sole responsibility of the affiliate. Sale of any recording is illegal and strictly forbidden.
